These terms and conditions exclusively apply to all purchases. Any other terms that the Customer seeks to impose or incorporate will not apply.
The purchase begins with the offer by the Customer to purchase the goods, awaiting processing. The order will be deemed to be completed when Somerset Campervan Company have confirmed the order and notified the Customer of this via written notification (email) or other the telephone.
Please be aware that stock levels and delivery times may vary based upon supply. If the product ordered is not in stock, the Customer will be notified of such directly by Somerset Campervan Company. The Customer will be informed of the approximate delay time and given the option of waiting or a refund. The purchase will not be completed until Somerset Campervan Company and the Customer have reached an agreement on this.
Somerset Campervan Company endeavours to process all orders within five business days of receiving the purchase offer. However, they reserve the right to delay this during periods of high demand or low supply levels.
Any samples, photos, drawings, descriptions, sizes or advertising by Somerset Campervan Company are correct at the time of writing and produced for the sole purpose of giving the Customer an approximate idea of the products when purchasing. Somerset Campervan Company is not responsible for any changes or amendments made to the product by the manufacturer.
A quotation, estimate or telephone enquiry for or in respect of a product, given by Somerset Campervan Company, does not constitute an agreement. All prices given on the website are final.
Somerset Campervan Company is not liable for any personal injury or death caused by products. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the product is used in such a way that it does not present any risk to to the health and safety of either the Customer or any other member of public.

Collection and Delivery
Where the Customer chooses click and collect, they will be notified when the order is ready for collection. The product will not be available for collection if no notification has been sent by Somerset Campervan Company.
The order will be considered to be completed once the collection has taken place.
If the Customer fails to collect the item within seven business days of notification, the order will be considered to be cancelled and no refund will be given, unless Somerset Campervan Company is notified either in writing or over the telephone.
Delivery will only be applied if selected by the Customer at the checkout. Somerset Campervan Company reserves the right to apply an excess delivery charge to any items which haven’t had delivery selected.
Where the Customer has selected delivery, Somerset Campervan Company will notify them when the order has been completed and the product is out for delivery.
All delivery is carried out by a third party commercial courier.
The purchase is considered to complete once it is out for delivery with the third party commercial courier and Somerset Campervan Company bears no liability for the product after this moment.
Any dates quoted for delivery are an approximate only and Somerset Campervan Company is not responsible for any delay.
Returns and Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the completion of your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
PLEASE NOTE RETURNS POSTAGE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
